I was having a lot of problems with my DSL and had called them for about two months to get my modem replaced. During that time, I was receiving responses that my modem was fine, it was just that the wireless needed to be rebooted daily. I finally got a technician to come out to my home. He found that the modem was bad, and that the wiring from outside into my house was not correct. He changed the wiring and gave me a new modem and everything has been great. I appreciate the quick response to my needs on the last phone call I made and for the technician who came out and fixed everything. I am excited that the subdivisions around Nolan Park are finally getting fiber optic installed. I am excited to have that in my home.
