Website extremely slow, Degussa is still using the illegal system with TANs on paper (welcome to the XX century!), 2 emails to support with a request for help: No response after 2 weeks. Call the hotline: 8 min. Hold, then new PIN on paper by post. Exemption order online - not possible because data of the 2nd account holder has to be entered, who does not exist, the account belongs ONLY to me. The bank should be called "Degussa Museum"! Not recommendable!. The bank and its employees should be digitized away.
