If you want to wait and get terrible service then this is your dealer. Twice I have been left waiting on my appointments. Jeff barely cared about making me wait until I started to cause a scene. They really need to get their act together. It's like 10 people working at turtle speed with no incentive to speed up things since they are on the clock. It's noon and my car isn't ready from my 11am appointment. I'm late for work and no one cares.
