Limiting a store to a few customers at a time is perfect for a small jewelry shop like Catbird. The staff can easily focus on helping each customer and this has been my best experience shopping in a year that's called for so many changes to how we do things. I was helped quickly (but not overbearing or salesy), had my questions answered thoroughly and the gift I purchased went over perfectly.
