Kent is great to work with. He came out to take some notes so he could give me a quote for a new well pump and was nice enough to first give me some things to try to troubleshoot our low water pressure issue first. Sure enough the pipe coming out of the pressure tank was clogged up with rust. His free advice helped me avoid several thousands of dollars for a new well pump or hooking up to city water (others I called gave no such suggestions, they just wanted to start replacing things without truly understanding the root cause of the problem). I appreciate that he wanted me to try a few things to make sure we were fixing the issue properly before unnecessarily replacing the pump.
