First off, to anyone reading this, this is my first and hopefully last review I've written in my life . This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received to date. No one answers or returns phone calls leaving there customers in the dark as to the status of the vehicle . On my fourth time cabbing back and forth from the dealership to home, because noone would answer or return calls, I was promised by a manager to be contacted the next morning to let me know what was the status of my car . Once again noone answered the phones the entire day and noone would respond to my messages.
So once again I was forced to travel to the dealership, just to find out if my car was ready or not . Finally after three days of being told my vehicle would be ready the day I was giving a bill 150 dollars higher than the quote the gave me over the phone . If anyone has an option to use another kia dealership I would highly recommend it . Totally unacceptable customer service .I would never return to this place .
