Just picked up a Sienna SE for the in-laws on a wet rainy day, although our sales agent didn't start off too friendly, he eventually warmed up when he knew there was going to be a sale that day. Everything after went smooth, not pushy and you can't beat their customer service: no buyers remorse in California, however they offer 3 day/250 mile return guarantee and 7 day/700 mile exchange on their vehicles, pretty sweet.
