Worst financial experience of my life!!! BEWARE of Millenium Trust if you don t want to ever be able to get access to your money. Extremely difficult interactions and processes to get anything accomplished. Total lack of communication between their internal departments.

I unfortunately was forced into a business relationship with Millenium by my previous employer. They rolled over my 401k to them, and trying to remove the funds and close my account with them is almost impossible.

Every single time I call customer service, they give me different information and different timeframes of when I will get my money... so far, I m still in financial distress because nothing has been resolved for almost a month.

UPDATE: I have called Millenium numerous times. I am originally from Mexico so I have 2 last names. Every time I call, the representative asks me for proof of name change. I ve NEVER changed my name. Every time (it s been about 5 times now In less than a month) I talk to a representative they assure me they placed that information on the notes and that with the documents provided everything should be fine. Days go by, and I get more requests for documents. It s like there is no communication amongst anyone in the company or the people in place are not trained.

I had a 401k rollover with Fidelity, and it took me 3 days to get my money. Same paperwork, same exact type of account.

This is ridiculous....
