called on Feb 19th 2019... service is down, they can bring someone on Feb 26th....Now this is where it gets normal for them(Hawaiian tell)...could not find property, On their phone message says "don't answer any phone call if you suspect a spam call even if it a local number"... I get spam call all the time so, they called I didn't answer because i was at work and i usually don't answer the phone anyway.when I'm at work.... so they leave, now they won't call until you say " hay my internet is still down"... let me see if i can help...(Hawaiian tell) Now you have to get back in line after you push several keys to get to the right area...( feel if they are smart, no pun intended...Hawaiian tell should do like the good old day when you called for service, someone answered the phone and put you in line fast and convenient) ..but rather cut jobs and increased profit, so YOU do the job of someone else...now back to my venting.... it now March 7th and my service is still down, but the bills for service is still coming, Well they get something right!!! Here is my suggestions we are screwed only Hawaiian tell and spectrum that's it... Hawaiian tell should:
1. 24 hours customer service and one phone number!!!
2. There in the tech business, why don't their field unit don't use company phone?? that comes up at Hawaiian tell calling?????
3. GPS on their trucks???
