As a loyal customer of Selfridges, I bought a pair of RV shoes online and received a faulty one. Selfridges insists it s me who made these scratches and damages and insists they have thorough check for every product before delivery. However, the scratches and damages are exactly the same when I opened box at home.
Because of the longterm trust that built up I did not open the parcel when picking up the products in store. This is because I believed in Selfridges that the product would be faultless. Selfridges didn t look into this case and staff who pack this shoes was not responsible for his or her ignorance. Now I am so sorry that I am made to be pay for something that I should not be responsible of. As Selfridges is a famous store, the store would not mind loosing an individual customer like me.
