Jeff, my customer service rep was very helpful and understanding. During this difficult time of Covid-19, don't like to ask for help, my husband is in the hospital and we have four kids in college which we are paying tuition on two of them. He was so helpful on getting us the help we need! The customer services Reps with Vanderbilt Mortgage really understand and are very helpful. I would recommend any Customer Service Rep, but especially Jeff or Andrea! We just love Vanderbilt and their customer service reps!
