This small business WILL rip you off on way or another!

1 - Customer service is the WORST. I spoke to the manager Ricardo and he could not assist me in anything. We communicated about the bike I wanted for 3 days. I paid in full. He sent me a picture of the bike that he was going to deliver to me. Once the delivery came the bike was COMPLETELY WRONG. It was important to me because it was a birthday present.

2 - When I figured out the bike was wrong the delivery driver called RICARDO and he said that s the bike I ordered. Which I explained wasn t the bike he text me and then he said ok I ll send you the bike tomorrow. Not once did he apologize or attempt to fix it on the spot.

3 - Even though the website says CURBSIDE PICKUP it s WRONG. They do that to entice you to buy a bike. Once you buy the bike they call you and say they will deliver the bike for $25.

I understand this company has been around for years but in no way shape or form is it ok to treat a customer the way they did especially after these tough times where I bought a $700+ bike.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS!
I m taking my hard earned money somewhere else.
