Only if you are on the club floor is it a 3 star, otherwise a 2. The rooms are nothing like the photos. Our first room did not have heat, they turn it off for the summer and it was cold. We were provided a space heater. The staff are really accomodating and nice, they make they the difference. Not sure what the deal is why they are so deceptive with the photos. The newly renovated rooms, think got paint, nothing else. The sink in the bathroom was falling down. Again staff were exceptional, hotel is terrible. But it's the cheapest downtown for a reason I guess...
