I wasn't able to reboot my laptop after a Windows ...

I wasn't able to reboot my laptop after a Windows 10 update (I tried several times). I had the mystery black screen and thought I lost everything on my laptop, which is my lifeline. I brought my laptop to UniVirtual Solutions and their staff immediately eased my mind and was able to reboot in safe mode and restore my laptop to prior to the Windows 10 update.

The staff at UniVirtual Solutions was very professional, happy to assist and pleasant. They knew exactly what to do to get my laptop back to status quo with a very quick turn-around. Thank you Daniel Merck!
