For years I have driven past lucian's admiring the beautiful building. All I ever wanted was to go inside. Luciens has always been on my mind it is a dream place for a weddings. However I'm sad to say after finally being invited to an event at lucian's I was extremely disappointed. Even though the building in the rooms are spectacular their staff is horrible. The first issue that I had was that there was no staff outside to greet you and direct you into the event space. The second issue that I had was that every waiter and waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional. The third issue that I had was that their staff was also very pushy. You can get your point across without being rude I promise. I just feel like for all the money that couples put out the staff could at least be friendlier. As the rest of the wedding party ate guest we're being served randomly. Some tables were finished eating before others had even receive their food. My table was one of the last to be served and by the time we got our food they were handing out take-home boxes. They should also work on table spacing a little bit better I was hit several times by the same waitress. She did say sorry but how many times are you going to keep knocking into me. All I want to say is I'm deeply saddened all those years of anticipation we're completely let down by the rude and unprofessional staff.
