Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have just returned from a anniversary weekend away. On Saturday night and Sunday morning we had no hot water to our shower. Attempted to report the issue in the morning, to be told the manager wasnt in, and would have to wait for a phone call back.
All I can say is I have never felt so insulted. The "manager" called me and my partner a liar and couldn't careless as basically we have already paid.
I now understand why they take payment upfront.
I will avoid at all costs and let others know to do the same.
