They really need to crack down on restaurants with health standards. If I was a health inspector I would have it shut down until they get their act together. Yes, they have great food. I wouldn't want to eat with roach's and flies. They wipe down the chairs then the tables with the same rag. Tables are sticky and still have food, sauces still stuck on the table and the floors full of food. Music or TV too loud. If I see this as a customer imagine what a health inspector would see behind closed doors ( kitchen ). Also you have one employee who wants to be real snobby and handles your food right after handling money without washing their hands first. That's what they are supposed to do is wash hands before handling food especially when handling money that is the most dirty thing to handle. The tables and chairs are to be sanitized after every use from the customers. The employees are to clean tables with one rag and chairs with another with two separate buckets of sanitizing solution. Or use disposable towels and sanitizing solution in a spray bottle. Not window cleaner.
