I had to exit my program and course one week prior...

I had to exit my program and course one week prior to class starting; life happens. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not been reimbursed for my 100% refund. If American Sentinel wanted their money in a timely manner, you would have no choice but to pay. They don't care about the consumer as long as they get their money. I will never trust them again. I am filing a complaint with the Federal agency of Education.
