Fantastic and knowledgeable experience.. Jeffrey Thompson, our field service tech was just fantastic, knowledgeable and explained things to me easily, even I could understand!! He let me take a video of him fixing the window, which didn t even need replacement parts it was the way I was handling the windows, so in the future I knew what to do if it happened again. Great service and of course, Harvey Products are excellent. Thank you!
