There's a reason the last time this place won Best of Baltimore was in 2003. The storefront mostly caters to an older generation and the staff seems bothered that you are even there. The showroom is in the basement and feels dark and sad.Don't plan on finding anything you need unless you are into gaudy designs that will cost you a fortune. This kind of experience in framing won't last long when there are so many other friendly and creative shops out there.
