I purchased a used car on 5/12 and exactly a month...

I purchased a used car on 5/12 and exactly a month later I am still going back and forth with them. The screen was cracked and they promised to fix it and told me that the camera would work after that. On 6/9 I finally received a call that the screen was fixed. When I showed up the camera was not working. Was told again they would fix it and I left it there. Later that afternoon I received a call saying my vehicle was not equipped with a camera even though I was told it was. I was not happy and I told them that I just wanted my money back and leave the car, I put over 5k down so it wasn't any small amount. Now that the sales manager finally talked to me and told me that his manager and himself were trying to get it installed but because I called the front to find out the status of my car and got them involved they will not be able to do it. Obviously they shouldn't have promised something that shouldn't have been done but they are trying to fix their wrong and the main managers of the dealership are upset that they did that and punishing the customer in the middle of all this. This is the worst experience ever when it comes to purchasing a car. Please do your research more before going to this dealership so you don't have to go through this ordeal. They obviously don't care about doing what is right for the customer.

By the way I posted this same thing on their Facebook page and my post keeps disappearing. I wonder why
