Rooms are great it stops there. Noisy heater fan in room. Sewage smell on my floor today. First ones in restaurant...served 2 hours later we got our supper...after almost 20 people in our group arrived 30 minutes after us. They ate and left before our main course arrived. Complaint to server and supervisor met with a flippant attitude. Upon arrival would not accept my SPG rewards card but gave points to others in same group. Lunch made me feel ill. Supper meat was burnt outside, rare in middle instead of well done...not a memorable experience and no staff that I notified of the problems reacted to rectify the issues.
