Excellent all the way around! Mr. Brian welcomed me when I walked into the service department. L We spoke for a bit then he introduced me to "Mike Rowe, in the third row, next to the window." :) Mr. Rowe listened carefully and tooks notes as both Mr. Brian and I explained the trouble with my minivan. I was given a loaner car as it was Saturday morning and my car would not be complete until late in the day. Once the mechanics began to repair my minivan, they found they needed more parts than were ordered and it turned into a complicated repair. I understand completely, as cars are becoming more and more complicated as more and more electronics are placed in them. Everyone was right on top of everything, giving me status updates every step of the way. When I arrived to pick up my minivan, everyone was very cordial. Mr. Brian, again, warmly welcomed me. The three of us had a good conversation. It turns out Mr. Rowe used to work at the Honda dealer where I purchased my vehicle. It is nice to see that Honda Frisco understands how small the world really is and treats you as family.
