Having worked with Steve Lerner and Matt Perry for many years, I see that nothing has changed. They are all about taking care of the customer. Matt Perry took care of getting the car brought in and ready for me in a very short time frame. From the moment I arrived, Steve Lerner got all of my info together and prepared my paperwork swiftly. Adam Herbert got me all signed up in the business office and beat the finance rate that I came in with. As always Steve L is very meticulous in his delivery process, making sure all systems are activated and making sure I know how to work all of technologies that came with my car. The team at Richmond BMW helped me purchase a car that I thought I would only dream about. It actually feels like a dream every day I get into my car.
