We have been going through horrible winter cold so far. Our second floor radiates heat that we get migraines, wakes us up in the middle of the night. Our main floor is so cold that we shiver in our kitchen and living room. Pyramid Heating and Carrier gas furnace is our combination.
This review is based on 2 appointments with Pyramid.
First appointment was to get the furnace working. Furnace was blowing cold air. Nice work, eh! :) Cherry on top, gas was leaking after we turning on the furnace. Technician showed up on emergency during the cold weather, since I insisted. Thank goodness, I was covered under home warranty - I was not ripped off. :) I must give this technician the credit that he was honest. He admitted the installer from his team screwed up, wired the board wrong- Heat to cold. He fixed it, I confirmed that heat is coming through the vents. He fixed the gas leak and the loose pipes too. He was in such hurry to leave, he didnt even check the temperature in the house. I consider this a poor service.
Second appointment was for cooling-a\c installation estimation. Heard a lot about pyramid from the sales executive for 30 minutes and then got ano estimate which was 2 times more than quotes I recieved.

My feed back:
- Did not find integrity and commitment to the work.
- Either had ignorant or careless technicians - a gas leak is not silly, wrong wiring is okay :)
- Focus seemed to be on sale and money than on doing the right things right.
I checked with my neighbor and he is going through the same misery.
The 1 star is for the reason that the heating runs. :D
