Paula Chan was recommended via a contact when I found myself in need of advice. From the first call I was grateful to be dealing with Paula and her support Team. The service I received was efficient, prompt, professional, patient and personal. It seems a fairly effuse list to write but rest assured I was not pandered to at all, I feel it is just the manner in which the Team there operate. The circumstance in which I sort advice was nerve wracking at the time but thanks to Paula and the Team myself and family felt a lot of stress and uncertainty removed. Extremely grateful for the support received and cannot recommend highly enough.
