UPDATE: I got a response from Lynn at Sky and she was super helpful, understanding, and most importantly timely. She already sent maintenance to fix some issues and I heard from the AC company and they are coming tomorrow. I literally was looking at another apartment when I heard back from Lynn and she solved all my issues. Looks like I'm gonna stick around. Can't speak highly enough of Lynn for coming through.

Don t ignore the negative reviews here. They removed their Apartments.com listing because the reviews were scathing. I have had countless issues with them. Leaks, mold, bugs, broken AC during the heat wave, you name it, and they are totally unresponsive. I need a third hand to count how many emails and text messages have gone unanswered. And now at 1330 N Martel we don t have a building manager and haven t for about two weeks seriously? No one to deal with the building s issues? And trust me, there s an abundance of them.

Countless empty promises, they told me a year and a half ago they were getting a fire pit for the backyard nope. The package locker would be set up nope. My bike got stolen and they would get me that security footage nope the security footage mysteriously disappeared.

They ve also been running some kind of utilities scam with a company called Livable that is pending a class action lawsuit, so just that they re involved in that is a huge red flag.

I could forgive so much if they would just respond to their tenants. But once they get your money, they disappear.

Also the office is closed on the weekend? You're dealing with peoples HOMES and lives. Even fast food is open more than you are.
