Bought a 2019 Lexus ES300H in May.

Bought a 2019 Lexus ES300H in May.
Did the deal basically over the phone.
Salesman was very nice and easygoing to deal with. Agreed to the price i offered.
The reason I took two stars off is because we were not told of an issue.
The issue for us is that the 10 speaker surround system only provides sound from the front dash area. Fade the sound to the rear and the sound goes away!! Set the sound level to 30+ volume ( we don t listen to music generally that loud ) and you still can t hear the only back speaker...a subwoofer.
We we not told of this issue ( known by Lexus ) and currently there is NO FIX.
This is my fourth Toyota product. Never would expect spending $50k on a car and getting such poor sound system.
No support from dealer so far.
