This is a great yoga studio. The online portal make it easy to find classes and reserve a spot. The staff is helpful and friendly.
I still consider myself a beginner and the all level classes are at my level and have components that challenge me to take it to the next. The heat component is really nice. It s not too intense and helps me deepen my poses.
