On Saturday, I had a pesky Tire Pressure Sensor go off and was baffled as I had just had that checked a couple of months ago. In any event, I dropped by BMW of Sterling, spoke with Andrew Dukes in the service lane and 15 minutes later...problem solved!!! No muss, no fuss...just excellent customer service!! he even went so far as to take a look at the I-drive and correct the appropriate PSI readings, so I shouldn't have this problem again. Bravo Zulu, Andrew! Well Done & Thanks!!
