Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the email address when ordering for the first time and then called when there was no order confirmation on the wrong day (public holiday in Berlin, but nowhere else in Germany).
After quick and friendly clarification of the double fault, prompt and well packaged delivery received!

The price / performance ratio is also very good, which is how I first became aware of the company.

Keep it up and, if necessary, install an answering machine on public holidays ;-)
