Update 3/2/18

The second service experience was great. The service manager spoke to me directly and addressed my complaints. They did provide a proper Porsche as a loaner and gave excellent service on all other fronts. It says a lot that a company did listen to a customer and do their best to ensure a great experience. I will be visiting again.

The second service was a 5 star experience but I can only give 4 due to the first experience.
