I have to share with you that the results of my hypnosis session about public speaking were just incredible. I no longer need to write out my presentations word-for-word; I can just create my slides with ease and then present from those high-level notes. It's fantastic!! I even talked to Margaret today and she suggested I listen to the recording she gave me again this week to take it to an even deeper level. My last lingering "ums..." will go away in no time at all with this second pass, she says...and I believe her based on the experience thus far - the results speak for themselves! (pun intended)
