Dear Oliver, I wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the following people: Ms Lim Wey Veen for being really friendly, very attentive to us during our dinning experience at Jen restaurant and also Mr Pradeep for being nice and courteous to us for my 1 week stay Mar 9-17, 2018. The overall staying and environment in Jen hotel is wonderful, except there is mistake made by your front staff for the 2 night cash payment and she double charge thru my AMEX card, not sure how this happened. I accepted her apologies. Thank you!
