Customer for many years
Impossible to return a product (out of 6) on the site
So I send a request by email via my customer interface
Response almost 8/10 days later from customer service telling me that the withdrawal period has passed second exchange to explain
Without success ... I was a former customer, I would never order from them again!
And I will not hesitate to tell my mishap around me
