I recently had the opportunity to engage with the Mumbai branch of this company, and my experience was satisfactory. The staff were professional and efficient in handling my inquiries, and their knowledge about the services offered was impressive. However, the overall communication could have been better, as there were some delays in receiving responses to my emails. The office environment was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive impression. While the service provided met my expectations, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and follow-up.
