My truck broke down so I had it towed to North County Ford. They said it would cost over $9000 to fix the problem (service department) and that "it was a complete loss and not worth fixing" (sales department). I had it towed to a transmission place that was able to fix the problem for $1100. To top it off the Ford Dealership charged me over $400 in "diagonostic fees" to tell me inaccurate information that almost cost me $8000 in overpayment to the North County Ford Service Department to fix my truck. I will never recommend or use there services again.
