Staff was friendly and helpful. On a sunny winter day, however, the fallsview rooms become unbearably hot. The whole building apparently has to be on heat or AC, so with the sun beating in through the windows (that don't open), even with the drapes closed it became very hot as there was no AC. Only solution offered by the hotel is supplying a fan.
