We had a king suite... it was amazing... the falls...

We had a king suite... it was amazing... the falls view was perfect and room facilities and planning were just right... however the elevators were mostly out or serivce and took ages to come to our floor and were of course packed... on our way down it broke down and we got stuck a bit before resuming operations without any clear reason.
