My experience with Toyota of Tri-Cities has always been top notch. The people in parts are quick to find just what you need, make self-service recommendations or even tell you where to go if their part can be found cheaper somewhere else. The service group is highly professional, delivering what they commit to and doing so on time. And the car sales people are friendly and courteous, despite the high pressure nature of their job. In short, Toyota of Tri-Cities has my gratitude and business.
