I felt obligated to write a good review to offset the overall negative ratings for this company. My representative, Mercedes, was very polite and professional throughout my debt repayment. They were also willing to be flexible with my payments a couple of months when I was struggling a little more financially. Overall positive experience for dealing with a not so positive circumstance.
