I recently moved into a neighborhood governed by an HOA and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the Arbors community. The HOA Board at Arbors at Fair Oaks is doing an exceptional job in maintaining the neighborhood. They keep everything organized and ensure that the community rules are enforced. The communication from the HOA Board is clear and timely. Overall, I am very impressed with their professionalism and dedication.
