Catbird has great products and very friendly staff but the logistics and business operations are disappointingly poor... I ordered an engagement ring twice (once for the original, another for resizing) and both took 2 weeks longer than they were quoted. When you can get ahold of customer service they are nice and helpful but sometimes you can't get in touch with the Catbird team for days at a time. When my first ring was delayed it took 3 full days to get in touch with the team for a status update despite me constantly reaching out (I called, texted, emailed, and used the online chat function). I was reaching out Monday-Wednesday so it was regular business hours when the shop was open. Again, no complaints about the products or staff but it has been such an exhausting journey just trying to get my engagement ring.
