We dealt with Heath (sales) and Dennis Burke (finance) and Jason (service). We purchased a new 2019 KZ Venom about a month ago and the experience was great. We were scheduled to go on vacation from TN to Fl and on July 7th- 1 month before our vacation - our RV got hit by a drunk driver and totaled it. Optimum had a replacement unit that fit our needs and they worked a great deal and an "unusual" delivery to get us on to our vacation as scheduled in our new RV. Couldn't be happier with the service at Optimum.
