Stayed here on 3 separate occasions and would do so again if back in Tokyo. Very close to the Shinjuku train and bus stations and within walking distance to some great restaurants, arcades, bars, and neighborhoods.

Each room comes with literally anything you might have forgotten (toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotions, etc) in your travels and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is varied, but the Japanese fare (rice and curry, miso soup, pickled vegetables) is great.

Beds are comfortable, water pressure is strong, temperatures are hot, and rooms broadly are very clean and well-maintained.

The only criticism I have of this hotel is that the coffee at breakfast is the actual worst coffee ever brewed. It's barely consumable, but, as the signs at the hotel say, you can have as much of it as you'd like.
