The performance of the windows was even better than expected. The installers were very careful with our shrubs and flowers, covering them with a tarp and not stepping on them. The finished product was carefully caulked and did not require any patching or painting on my part, either on the inside or outside. We really like the ease in which the windows can be opened and closed with just using one finger. Our door wall was especially easy to open and we like the locking mechanism on the bottom which has eliminated our need to place a bar in the track. The installers assisted in the removal of the blinds and drapes and they removed all stickers on the windows and washed them on both the outside and inside. Best of all is the energy savings!!!! This summer we would turn on the AC and cool the house down and then we were able to turn the AC off on very hot days and the triple pane windows would keep the hot outside are out so that our AC wouldn't run as much. All in all, the windows have provided what was advertised, the installation was great, and Pure Energy is a company that is easy to deal with
