I travel all over the country and try to take classes in every city I m in. My 1015 Sunday Tone spin was excellent. Stephen was high energy and positive and the class vibe was infectious. Loved the bands on the bike. Very different from using free weights and bars.

However, I must comment on the condition of the equipment. This is a VERY popular studio and the bikes are used constantly. They need maintenance. My bikes seat and handlebars loosened three times during the ride requiring me to stop and adjust. In a beat class this is frustrating.

Also, the first pair of cycle shoes I rented had bad Velcro and I needed to trade them in 3 songs into class. Then I was given another pair with bad Velcro that would not stay closed at all.
The third pair was brand new and I resumed my class. At the end of class I was unable to release one shoe. I took my foot out in the saddle and removed the shoe manually. I discovered the clip was loose and improperly installed.

Obviously this is dangerous as it s easy to turn an ankle when shoes are improperly set up.

So, it s unfortunate that such a great class was affected by faulty equipment. Hopefully mgmt will read this review and take appropriate action.
