Great people but the restaurants they operate lack...

Great people but the restaurants they operate lack a depth of flavors in their food and beverages. We ve tried many of them over the years and they aren t bad but they just aren t great. I m not an amazing cook but I can execute many of their dishes at home with much better flavor. It seems like too many corners are cut in the kitchen with the quality and quantity of ingredients.
