If I could rate 0 stars I would. I applied to have my SLP intern license 1 month ago and still have not been able to get it. I moved to Texas and cannot work yet because of this and the kids I offer the services for are the ones being affected. Calling in is a joke with wait times over 100 mins., as well as their email customer service on their website which takes weeks for them to respond if they decide to respond at all. This system is disorganized and absolutely a joke and every time I call (2 or 3 times weekly) everyone gives me roundabout answers with no solution.
