The parking situation with Valet assisted parking ...

The parking situation with Valet assisted parking being the only option was not ideal. Most importantly, what was a negative point, was that it took almost 20 minutes to have the check in processed. Two payments were required, one on eftpos which was fine but you only accepted a credit card for the bond. Very inflexible. I seldom use the credit card so I could not recall the pin, eventually, under my suggestion the attendant processed the credit card as if it where an online purchase. I should not have to tell your staff on how to be creative and look for options on how to serve a customer. When I made the booking online, I specifically mentioned my type of transactions as I do not like to access the credit card.
Another negative is that there was a total absence of information in the room to the point where I had to call the service desk to locate things, such as the restaurant. I understand that COVID places restrictions, but other hotels make up for it by having all the information on the tv menu, not yours.
Aside from the check in, the room was very nice, the other staff were wonderful and a very special mention for efficiency and pleasantness to Stephanie in the restaurant on level 36.
